KCIS INDIA has organised a SI channel Meet for Retrospect Inc.(A Backup and System Recovery Software company from USA) in Le Cadre Delhi, Total 83 Participants attended this Channel Meet including Partners from Jaipur , Gurgaon, faridabad and Noida. This is an achievement for KCIS INDIA as majorly all Storage and Backup Partner has attended this event and participated with enthusiasm and discussed about various Features with Matt & JC from Retrospect.
Matt Johnson is Co-Founder of Retrospect who has joined this Channel Meeting, he is based out of USA.Over the past 25 years, Matt has been working exclusively in the Channel. Managing North America Sales and Support at Dantz Development, Worldwide Sales and Marketing for the Retrospect group at EMC, Worldwide Channel Sales, Marketing and Support for Retrospect at Roxio and Rovi Corporation. In late November 2011, he formed Retrospect, Inc. with 2 other partners rejuvenating the Retrospect Partner Program, expanding training programs, and rebuilding first class technical support
To make this Event Successful, Jean-Christian, aka JC has also joined this event, JC has been working in IT channel sales for 20 years. First Managing Southern Europe sales with MGI Software, he then started the Roxio B2B business in Emea selling Security solutions to SMB through the channel with a team of local Channel Managers. He followed with Retrospect in November 2011 to drive the Emea and India sales, appointing key distributors and focusing on partner enablement with his team.
Firstly Matt has shared Company Road MAP for 2015 and 2016 with all channel Partners and new Developments already done by R&D team. Then JC explained about Both Retrospect for WIndows and Retrospect for Mac, Two different software Versions available with Retrospect. he also Explained 3 Components of Retrospect which makes Retrospect the best in the Industry- first is Backup & recovery , Second is Data Archive and third is Data Duplication.Then Pawan Kumar Channel Manager for North and East shared the benefits of Partnership with Retrospect and also shared Local India Case Studies with attendees.
We really appreciate wonderful audience as they have given almost 2 hours to us for presenting about retrospect and lots of participants have asked their queries during Live Demo. Few Participants has complimented Retrospect as best backup Software for working in their end user space. Everyone participated in Quiz after the presentations.
Mr. Aditya Mehta from AM Equipment & Services Private Limited, Jaipur won License for resale in this Event for Single Server & Unlimited clients in Quiz.
Mr. Jitender Singh from Algort won Seagate External drive in lucky Draw.
Overall this was one of the wonderful event.
